The paper "Regional Currencies versus Dollarization: Options for Asia and the Americas" has been reprinted in the volume "Prospects for Monetary Unions After the Euro", edited for MIT Press by Paul de Grauwe and Jacques Mélitz.
The volume "East Timor: Development Challenges for the World's Newest Nation", published in English in 2001, was just published in Bahasa in 2006. It includes the article "Country Size and Economic Performance: A Commentary with Implications for East Timor".
